We bought a car here about 7 years ago, we bought a Golf here.  It’s been very reliable, very good and we were looking for a used car and because we’d had a previous good experience it was the first place to come back to. 

I think we also looked at a few dealers as well when we were looking for the used car and it’s very clear that the prices here are in line if not cheaper than the main Audi/VW dealership, so I think if anything Prices are, as they say on the website, competitive if not guaranteed best price for the cars that they sell. 

I think We’ve got a car with full service history, it’s peace of mind but it’s also a good price as well which are the two key things. 

We came with a few parameters as to what we were looking for and There were a number of cars that matched our buying criteria, and we narrowed it down to about 3 or 4, the guys were very helpful, we test drove them all and finally chose one from that.  So if anything it was narrowing down from a number of cars instead of actually being forced to, well, we’ve only got one, take or leave it, sort of thing.

All the cars we looked at were good, were what we were looking for, there was no alarm bells ringing with any of the cars we viewed, I think choosing a car here previously we knew the quality was there,  so we had no problems with the quality of any of the cars we looked at. 

The salesman guy was very helpful, because there were a lot of cars to look at he spent a lot of time with us, it wasn’t as if you feel rushed, in and out, so it was explained fully, thoroughly so, yes, it was excellent. 

It’s actually the third car I’ve ever bought but the only other car I bought was from the main dealer and it was brand new and I think the experience was good from the dealer but the pain of leaving the forecourt with a new car and the value diminishing the second you leave the door, or the showroom is different to here because pretty much you could get roughly what you paid for the car if you sell it again, so I haven’t really had a huge amount of experience of other buying and selling of cars. 

There’s a lot of choice, you’ve got a lot of cars in one place, so it’s somewhere you could go and hopefully make decisions, not actually going round 5 or 6 dealerships. 

It’s friendly staff and I think it’s competitively priced as well, so you know you’re going to get good value for money and you’ve got plenty to choose from.
