Citroen C2 Review
If you want a good looking, fun to drive supermini that's easy on your pocket, a used Citroen C2 from The Car Shop Megastore could be just what you need.
You can get a Citroen C2 with the entry-level 1.1 or the more flexible 1.4 petrol engine, which comes with the option of a Sensodrive paddle-shift gearbox. There are also the fuel-injected 1.6 VTR and VTS hot hatch models as well as a punchy and economical 1.4 turbodiesel that gives almost 70 mpg.
Inside the C2 shares many controls and instruments with its bigger brother the C3, so they are clear and easy-to-use. The steering is height and reach adjustable, so making yourself comfortable in the front is simple. It’s less straightforward in the back seats however, where limited legroom means kids only.
All Citroen C2s have a trip computer, remote central locking and variable-rate power steering for easier in-town driving, with CD player and electric windows on all but the basic L model. Further up the range cruise control, leather seats and air conditioning are also available.
