Citroen C4 Review
The Car Shop Megastore offers a wide range of used Citroen C4s. There’s a selection of 1.4, 1.6 and 2.0 litre petrol and diesel engines, with the weakest delivering 90 bhp and the 2.0 VTR delivering double that. The 110 bhp 1.6 petrol and diesel engines should be sufficient for most drivers.
A Citroen C4 offers an easy drive, with sharp, light steering and a surprisingly firm ride (for a Citroen) which gives good body control at higher speeds – although mid corner bumps can upset its composure. Most engines are quiet and road noise is near non-existent, making for pleasant company on long journeys.

Inside a use Citroen C4, the three and five door versions offer exactly the same space. The sloping sides do steal some of the headroom, but there should be enough room for anyone under six feet tall. The digital instruments can be rather confusing, but the fixed steering wheel boss keeps the controls mounted on it easily to hand. The boot is reasonably sized, although the additional speakers on higher models do take up extra space.
All C4s come equipped with cruise control, electric windows and mirrors and a CD player, and most come with air conditioning and alloy wheels. The top models also offer automatic windscreen wipers, laminated side windows, a CD multichanger and climate control.
