The Galaxy handles and steers well for a large MPV despite its extra height and soft suspension. That said, the soft springs allow for a comfortable and forgiving ride that leaves the Galaxy's fine composure unruffled by even the roughest surfaces.
A used Ford Galaxy will take good care of your family too, with front and side airbags for the two front seats and window airbags running the length of the cabin. You'll also get anti-lock brakes as standard and an alarm and deadlocks to keep your families belongings safe when you're parked.
The interior is smart and well put together and, although it isn't as bus-like as some competitors', you get a fairly commanding driving position. The Ford Galaxy also has ample headroom and legroom for seven adults and the rear five seats fold flat so you won’t have the inconvenience of removing seats if you need extra luggage space.
