The 2016 AM Awards will be taking place tonight at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham and CarShop are hoping to take home the “Excellence in Customer Service” award. Attaining an award such as this brings “industry respect” as well as providing an “independent mark of quality” for those lucky enough to come top of their represented category.
CarShop has been focusing heavily on customer experience throughout 2015 and, as a result, has recently been accredited by independent review site Feefo with the ‘Gold Trusted Merchant’ badge. Feefo is an automated customer feedback built for businesses with an online presence where its members use the site to grow their business, encouraging consumers to use it to gain confidence and trust when they shop online.
By monitoring the reviews and comments that CarShop customers have left, Feefo has recognised the consistent excellent review ratings generated throughout the course of 2015. This accreditation is only awarded to businesses who consistently deliver excellent reviews and ratings the site. With CarShop also obtaining the prestigious “Best Used Car Supermarket 2015” award, it is therefore no surprise that the retailer has been nominated in the “Excellence in Customer Service” category for tonight’s AM Awards.
