At CarShop we have a very clear development journey, one which arms all colleagues with the right tools, training and support along the way.
We don’t want to brag but when it comes to training we’re on-point; we have a comprehensive eLearn suite, in-house training programme (with in-house trainers) and work with some excellent third parties to tailor training for bespoke requirements - just another thing which makes us an industry leader.
