In order to celebrate the recent launch of our CarShop Cares Charity Programme, our partnership with Global's Make Some Noise and in the general festive spirit of Christmas we've got 2 tickets to Capital's Jingle Bell Ball up for grabs (Saturday 3rd December).
Taking place at London's iconic O2 Arena, this year's incredible line-up includes: Little Mix, Calvin Harris, Olly Murs, Louisa Johnson, Clean Bandit and Craig David. And with the tickets now being sold out, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
For most of us, the festive period is full of excitement, merriment and joy; however, for some this is simply not the case. Global's Make Some Noise supports 33 fantastic different children's charities across the U.K., and for many of these children, families and loved ones Christmas is a difficult time. That's why we'll be holding an online auction which closes at 10am on Wednesday 30th November.
In order to be in with a chance of getting your hands on a pair of the most sought-after tickets this side of Christmas, simply sign-up to our charity newsletter and you’ll be sent information on how to bid.
Tickets for this event are sold out and no longer available to buy, making this an extra special early-Christmas gift for a friend or loved one - think about it.
CarShop Cares Explained
Our CarShop Cares charity programme was launched in a bid to consolidate charity efforts, and really bring to life all the commendable charity work currently taking place across our company. Launched in September, the programme was designed to support charities across the UK, both at a national and local level.
CarShop Cares National Charity
We want to make a big noise about the fact we have chosen Global’s Make Some Noise as our first ever CarShop Cares national charity.
As we're aiming to raise over £100,000 for Global’s Make Some Noise by January 2018, we've got quite a challenge on our hands! But, we've got loads planned towards the end of this year and throughout 2017 to help us achieve this.
What's more, under the CarShop Cares Programme, CarShop has agreed to donate £1 from every car sold to charity. In-store customers simply select whether they wish to support Global's Make Some Noise or the local charity selected by the store.
This tremendous charity was developed to support small but brilliant charities helping disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Last year Global’s Make Some Noise awarded over £1.4million to projects across the UK and this year they’re supporting 33 small, amazing charities with the aim to raise even more money, to make an invaluable and life-changing difference.
CarShop Cares Local Charities
It's not only the above charities which will benefit from the CarShop Cares Programme. Each CarShop store has also selected a second local charity which benefits too. Whilst Global's Make Some Noise and its small charities are the focus of CarShop's fundraising efforts, the local charities will benefit from the in-store process. Sign-up to our CarShop Cares charity newsletter to keep up-to-date with how much we've donated.
