CarShop receives Auto Trader’s Digital Excellence Award

We’re very excited to announce that, on July 18th 2019, CarShop received the Digital Excellence Award at the annual Auto Trader Retailer Awards.
The Digital Excellence Award was highlighted as a “celebration of the industry’s very best digital forecourts” according to how customers reacted to them when visiting the website.
Going up against finalists Carbase and Riverside, we were lucky enough to come out on top!

“We’re always working on ways to make our website better, more accessible and easier to use - and it’s fantastic to hear that our efforts are recognised by such a leading and reputable figure in the motoring field.”
At the event, Natasha Holland, Partner Marketing Manager and Sophie Kerrou, Merchandising Executive accepted the award.
Natasha said: “We couldn’t be happier receiving the award for our efforts on the website.
Auto Trader have put on such a great event this year, and it’s an honour to be a part of it.
“After receiving Auto Trader’s ‘Retailer of the Year’ in 2018, it’s great to know that all the efforts we are making throughout the business to keep us on top are being recognised.”
Since the award was given based on the experience of car buyers, we’d like to thank all of the people who shared their experiences with our digital forecourt, and our customers for continuing to support us.
