Peugeot 208

The Peugeot 208 offers excellent value for money, with most trims coming with cruise control, speed limiter, DAB radio and Bluetooth as standard. Peugeot are renowned of late for their highly efficient engines; even the 1.0 litre petrol engine can achieve at least 60 mpg, and the diesels can get as high as 90 mpg in the right conditions.

Citroen DS3

Citroen’s DS marque provides a more premium image without the large price tag. In late 2015, DS dropped the Citroen branding and have adopted a more prestigious look.
